Shipping & Processing

Thank you for shopping with The Simmer Shoppe!

All of our simmer kits are handcrafted and carefully packaged in Oregon. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, sales events, and peak seasonal periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Delayed or Lost Packages

The Simmer Shoppe is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thesimmershoppe@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
