The Simmer Shoppe Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for supporting our small business! Each Simmer Shoppe product is handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged with love.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thesimmershoppe@gmail.comĀ and include your order number along with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
Please note:
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or buyer error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The Simmer Shoppe is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
